  • Advising leading real estate developers on multi-story apartment buildings with covered areas of over 1,000,000 sq ft, 700,000 and sq ft, 400,000.
  • He Advised on the Project and Corporate Finance transactions exceeding PKR 15 billion in aggregate value.
  • He advised on M&A transactions of more than PKR 15 billion
  • Reviewed the contract for the provision of the extended well-testing facility on an EPCC basis in block No.2667-7 (Kirthar) Dadu, Sindh, Pakistan, executed between Project Support Services Asia Pakistan (Private) Limited and Polish Oil and Gas Company.
  • Reviewed contract for Gas Pipeline Project from Reti Maru well No.1 to Engro Fertilizers Limited’s Dharki Plant site executed between Project Support Services Asia Pakistan (Private) Limited and Engro Fertilizers Limited.
  • Drafted engineering and construction contracts for Pakistan Engineering Council’s approved constructors like Hussaini Construction Co., Project Support Services Asia Pakistan, Amanah (Private) Limited, and Amanah Mall.
  • Represented a European-based multinational company before Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
  • Acted as counsel for a foreign company in acquiring a listed company in Pakistan.
  • Acted as counsel for the financial institutions providing Finance Facilities to the contractors constructing Islamabad Airport.
  • Drafted all transaction documents for constructing and leasing a multi-story shopping mall with a covered area of 700,000 sq. ft.
  • Acted as sponsors’ counsel for setting up the 10000 Kanals Housing Scheme involving a total investment of Rs. 1200 Million.
  • Acted as Buyer’s Counsel in acquiring 14% shareholding in the Islamic Bank valuing Rs. 520 Million incorporated and operating under a license issued by the State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Acted as sponsors’ counsel in establishing 10 MW Thermal Power Generation.
  • Acted as counsel for Punjab Privatization Board in privatizing various State-owned industrial units.
  • Acting as counsel for Privatization Commission in privatizing various State-owned real estate.
  • Advised sponsors in acquiring a corporate brokerage house of Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited.
  • Acting as counsel for Habib Bank Limited, KASB Bank Limited, United Bank Limited, MCB Bank Limited, and Bank Alfalah Limited on various transactions and advisory matters, including syndicated finances and furnishing various legal opinions of matters.
  • Advised Corporate and Industrial Restructuring Corporation (CIRC) on a series of transactions and advisory matters;
  • Advising clients on telecommunication matters, including License Agreements and applications for providing licenses from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority.
  • Advised sponsors in setting up an asset management company as a Non-banking financial institution and carried out the registration and license process.
  • Advised a major fertilizer company on retrenchment and voluntary separation scheme (VSS). Prepared the documentation for retrenchment and voluntary separation scheme.
  • Advised a major automobile manufacturing company on a voluntary separation scheme (VSS). Prepared voluntary separation scheme.
  • Advised a local subsidiary of a multinational food chain on labor laws and assisted the management in preparing their HR manual.
  • Advised various companies in preparing the HR Manual and day-to-day advice on labor law issues.
  • Advised a chartered accountant firm to review their client’s (a manufacturing concern) HR Manual and proposed amendments.
  • Advising various clients on Income Tax, Sale Tax, etc., and ancillary matters.
