He advised the Ministry of Finance, Pakistan on economic law and policy, and represented the Government of Pakistan before several international institutions for over a decade. He has been providing consultancies on legal and regulatory reforms to the World Bank, UNODC, USAID, IFC, GIZ, FAO and ADB for over 20 years. He is a trainer on regulatory frameworks and has been doing capacity building work for over 10 years.
